Order status

You can check on the status of your order at any time--even seconds after you've placed it!

Click the "Your Account" link on any page. You'll be asked to choose between the secure and standard servers. In most cases, it's fine to use the standard server. If you're changing your password, you can choose the secure server for extra security.

Next you'll enter your e-mail address and your password. Then you can click on the button to proceed to the Account Maintenance page. From the Account Maintenance page, you can:

• View the status of your orders and obtain package tracking numbers
• See which notification services you're subscribed to
• Notify us of a change to your e-mail address
• Change your password

Shipment Tracking

  Generally, Airborne Express packages can only be tracked for two weeks after they are shipped. After two weeks, the proof-of-delivery information is archived; a facsimile copy can be requested by calling 1-800-AIR-BORN.

• DHL Worldwide Express (800) 225-5345
  Please note that this service is not available for WorldMail shipments--DHL Worldwide Express is our only method of international shipping that allows package tracking. (DHL WorldMail shipments are delivered by air mail to the destination country/continent and are then handled by the local postal system.)

• UPS (800) 742-5877
  Amazon.com uses UPS GroundTrac labels. Ground shipments with GroundTrac labels receive an origin, destination, and delivery scan. You can track your in-transit package, by entering your tracking number in Package Tracking. Delivery scan information is available within minutes after delivery.

• Purolator (888) SHIP-123
  Purolator Ground and Air shipments are delivered to your door. You can track your in-transit package by entering your number in Package Tracking. You will find the tracking number for your package in the confirmation e-mail for your shipment.
