Late 1940's or early 1950's ski boots. These men's size 9 vintage ski boots were made in Switzerland by Henke-- Switzerland's most famous brand of ski boot. They come with a cool 1970's boot tree in sky blue and banana yellow (I've seen this listed around $40 by itself). The boot tree has a banana yellow leather strap so you can hang the boots next to your fireplace or use it with your modern boots! These boots show very little wear, with a few scuffs on the toe. The leather is still supple and flexible, including the wrap-around ankle strap and buckle. This is a very nice vintage pair of Henke ski boots. They would be a great addition to a collection of vintage ski equipment, or ski lodge decor. Both the inner and outer laces are included, but I'm not sure if the outer laces are original or have been replaced. The Henke logo and "Made in Switzerland" are stamped on the boot interior (and I think the number 9). The sole outside measures 11 3/4 inches (30 cm) long heal to toe. The inside heal to toe measurement is 10 inches (25.4 cm).Check out my pair of women's vintage ski boots here: https://www.999999999/listing/480431963/vintage-allegro-ski-boots-late-1940s?ref=shop_home_active_8 If you would like to purchase both as a set, just contact me for 20% off.
