Vintage high heeled boots from the 1980s era in a taupe leather. Women's size 7M (medium width). Boots are pull-on (no zipper) & have gathered leather with sections on the outer sides. These were also known during the 80s as "slouchy boots". Other sides of boots (those that are on the inside of the legs) have 3 neatly sewn sections but are not "gathered" & are smooth on the surface.Manufacturer is Bootalinos by CorelliOriginal price tag is still on bottom of boot = $90 (purchased at Hudson's Dept. store)SIZE: women's 7M as mentioned abovecolor is marked as "putty" I would call it a taupe or a light tan that has a touch of grey in it. Please view all 5 photos as the color tends to change in different lighting - meaning that these boots look a lot lighter in bright sunlight.Toe is rounded & slightly pointy. Inside of boot is lined in a soft padded nylon. It is somewhat "cushy".Inside label reads as follows:leather upperMan made liningMan made soleMade in BRAZIL (written on the inside of the boot in gold lettering)Heel height is 3 inches. Heels are also covered in the matching taupe leather.Measurements:Width: 3 inches (at widest point)Length: 8 inches (from toe to heel)Height: 11 inches (from heel to top hem of boot)Estimated era is late 1980s or possibly early 90s - these are still high quality as they were made in Brazil.CONDITION: excellent vintage condition. These boots have been worn very few times. There are some very slight color variations on the leather, but this is not due to fading - was probably original to the manufacturing process. There is some slight bending of the leather on the "slouchy" flap due to storage, but this can be bent back into shape. Very little wear on the soles. Boots were stored in a shoebox tucked away for 25+ years. They are part of my family's large collection of estate items.More designer shoes from the 1950s to the 80s can be found in the "Shoes & hats" section of my Frugal Fairy Vintage shop on Etsy, or you can use the link listed below to access the shop sections:for the shoe section: http://www.999999999/shop/FrugalFairyVintage?section_id=7871047Please contact me through Etsy's version of e-mail with any additional questions regarding this listing or for more photos.INTERNATIONAL shipping is available - please e-mail me the destination country, and I can get back to you as to the availability of shipping to your country.
